Friends, how gorgeous was last weekend? Michael and I left the Winter boots and puffer coats at home and ventured into the city for dinner at recently-opened Townsman in Boston. We sat at the bar and wedged perfectly in between deviled eggs and the eatery’s newly-debuted burger, we enjoyed the most delicious Spring appetizer of grilled asparagus with whipped ricotta.
I am so ready to step-away from comfort food and celebrate lighter Spring fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner – and of course snacks.
Like this gorgeous breakky bowl with banana, kiwi and spinach.
Or this Radish and Arugula Crostini with Brie, which would be perfect with a glass of rosé.
We should also probably talk about these ridiculous Bacon Blue Deviled Eggs with Roasted Garlic and Asparagus.
And this dreamy Wild Mushroom Pâté makes me want to plan a picnic in the park immediately.
Oh, and these Spicy Grilled Pea Pods!
I totally have my eye on this Roasted-Carrot Salad with Honey and Almonds.
And I’m loving this vibrant green Spring Egg Drop Soup.
These Roasted Green Beans with Goat Cheese are a go-to side for me.
And I can’t wait to try this Spring Pizza with peas and pesto and burrata.
