Friends, raise your hand if like me, you enjoy matzah as a vehicle for cracker toppings such as whipped feta, hummus, baba ganoush, etc. Matzah is essentially an over-sized cracker and I love slathering this whole wheat mini variety with dill cream cheese, radishes and salmon roe.
What are you planning to make for Passover? I have my eye on this salad with Burrata Cheese, Nectarines, Mâche and Hazelnuts.
I think Elijah will approve of this Asparagus with Salt & Pepper Whipped Cream.
gefilte fish Sesame Sweet Potatoes.
No one at your seder will complain about eating their veggies if you serve this Charred Broccoli with Peanuts.
I love making this Apricot & Currant Chicken with chicken thighs – they’re amazing with the marmalade and dried fruit.
If you feel like traveling you can hop a flight to Isreal for some Ben & Jerry’s new Charoset Ice Cream.
Or stay home and make Coconut Pavlovas with passion fruit, kiwi and mango.
And you can be totally cheeky and serve Manischewitz Jell-O Shots.
Or come over to our house for a round of Kosher-for-Passover Gin & Tonics.
Wishing everyone a very happy holiday!
*Not all the items on this list are Kosher for Passover, but everything is delicious.
